Dear Dr. med. Tomáš Juhás, Dear Mrs. Stöcker,
you find attached the results of two vision test I took, one from March of 2020 and the other one from May 2022. I need them to have the trafic office remove the requirement of a optical aid from my drivers license. However, due to everything going on in the world and in life, I never got around to it until now, at which time I needed an up to date new test, which is why there are two.
I dont know what kind of result tracking you are able to do with your patients, but in any case I wanted to share this data with you (both eyes are 100% now!). Maybe you keep some type of statistic about your patients develepments. So I tought why not scan the vision test and send it to these brilliant humans who gave me back my independent vision, so I no longer depend on an easily destroyed wireframe or on jamming plastic lenses into my eye socket on a daily basis.
I am extremely grateful for your work, and think of it everytime I use my arm during sport to wipe sweat of my eyebrows with no glasses in the way and no lenses to fall out, or when it rains and there aren't any glasses to impair my vision with drops and particles on them. Looking back, I believe the glasses and the stuff getting caught in them, was a major contributer to the sensual overload I sometimes experience, since I have a mild form of autism. So now there's one less thing to make life difficult, which is great. I still work as an computer programmer with around 10 hours of screentime per day, and my eyes aren't any more dry then they were before the surgery. I've bought nonprescription eyedrops, but haven't used them in over a year, since my eyes never got dry enough to even notice. Thank you for all that you do!
Kind regards und liebe Grüße,
Louis
